Limited Warranty Coverage
PIPEXPERT provides a one (1) year Limited Warranty Coverage under the manufacturer's standard new product warranty to the original purchaser of the product herein registered. We warrant that the product shall, under normal and proper usage and according to technical specification limitations, function properly for a period of one (1) year from the original date of receipt of the goods. This one (1) year Limited Warranty only covers malfunctions resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. If the product sold, due to defects in materials or workmanship, and during the normal and proper use during the period of this Limited Warranty by PIPEXPERT, fails to function properly under normal and proper usage, PIPEXPERT will repair, adjust or replace defective parts as we deem appropriate.
This Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser; it is not transferable under any circumstances.
Not Covered
This one (1) year Limited Warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions stemming from other than normal and proper usage. This Limited Warranty does not cover damages caused by the following: (i) accidental or intentional misuse or abuse (including, but not limited to, damage to an item from excessive force), (ii) failing to follow operating or maintenance instructions, (iii) repairs by any individual or entity other than the PIPEXPERT Repair Center, or a manufacturing facility pre-approved by PIPEXPERT, (iv) any product components, accessories or consumables not purchased from PIPEXPERT (v) product tampering, (vi) damage caused by dropping or falling, (vi) battery leakage, if applicable, (vii) media storage devices. The responsibility of PIPEXPERT under this Limited Warranty is restricted to the repair, adjustment, or replacement of defective parts as determined by the exclusive discretion of PIPEXPERT. Coverage for cosmetic wear and tear from normal use, and routine cleaning, are not covered under this limited warranty.
Limitation of Liability
PIPEXPERT assumes no liability for any damages resulting from delays in manufacturing, shipping, or loss of use of the product due to service or repair. PIPEXPERT shall have no liability for general, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of breach of this Limited Warranty. PIPEXPERT shall have no responsibility for warranties, either expressed or implied, beyond what is contained here.
Exchanges
Prior to shipping, our products are inspected to ensure that they are in excellent working order. However, if a product is received that appears to be defective, please contact our customer service department within one (1) business day of receipt of the shipment at 1-222-222-2222 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. A detailed description of the reason for return must be expressed on the RMA form. The RMA number must appear on the box, and the RMA form must be enclosed with the item(s) being returned for inspection and exchange. Any exchanges received by PIPEXPERT without an RMA will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Return Policy
Returns for refund may be accepted within 14 days of a customer receiving an item. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Any customs brokerage, duties, and transportation charges for the return shipment are to be paid by the customer.
Product(s) for return must be re-packaged in their original shipping materials. Using other packaging may result in additional charges. Returned product must be received in 'Like New' condition. Items showing signs of use, or with marks such as scratches, dents, etc., will have up to 50% of the purchase price deducted from the refund.
Prior to shipping any items back, please call 1-222-222-2222 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Our team will provide you with a shipping address and the RMA form required to process your return. (See information above regarding use of an RMA form.)
Custom orders (as reflected on the quote and invoice) are units are created specifically for you, your application and inspection area. Custom manufactured or specially ordered products, as well as clearance sale equipment, will not be accepted for return or exchange and are considered final sale. If a custom order must be cancelled for any reason before it has been shipped, you will be charged 50% of the item's purchase price to cover costs associated with our efforts to resell the custom item.
Refunds & Credits
Once we have received, inspected and approved your item(s) for refund, your account will be credited. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, refunds will be issued in the same method used for the original purchase. For payments made by check, a refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of return. Please note: only the original purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

PIPEXPERT is not responsible for any incidental nor consequential damage resulting from the sale or use of any items purchased from us. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise. Any claims for missing parts, or damage incurred while in transit, must be received within one (1) business day of receipt of the merchandise.
All delivery arrangement estimates (date or time) provided by PIPEXPERT are for planning purposes only and shall not be considered a commitment to the customer.
If it becomes apparent to PIPEXPERT that the delivery of the item(s) will not occur within the expected delivery period, PIPEXPERT will attempt to promptly give notice to the purchaser, in writing, of the anticipated delay. Regardless of the cause, PIPEXPERT will attempt to specify the reason for the delay and estimate a new delivery time(s).
PIPEXPERT is not liable for any damages or loss of profit related to, or caused by, delay of delivery.
