Company Checks
Available to customers in Canada and the United States only.
Orders will be shipped after the check has cleared, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please allow up to one week for bank processing.
Purchase Orders (Net 30 Terms)
Approved business customers in Canada and the United States may apply for a Net 30 credit account.
To apply, please submit a completed credit application, including:
· Three trade references
· Banking information with contact details
Credit approval typically takes 2–3 business days.
Once approved, purchase orders may be submitted by email.
Net payment terms:
· Standard terms: Net 30 days
· Credit approval is valid for three (3) years
· If no orders are placed during this period, credit approval will expire
· Credit terms longer than Net 30 are not offered
We reserve the right to modify or revoke credit approval at any time without prior notice.
Government, State, and Educational Institutions
Government, municipal, and educational institutions may submit purchase orders on official letterhead with complete billing and shipping information.
Net 30 terms may be approved without banking or trade references, subject to internal review.
Wire Transfer
Wire transfer payments must be arranged directly with a sales representative.
To request wire transfer details, please contact us by email and include:

· Billing name and address

Wire transfer instructions will be provided upon confirmation.
Cash Payments
Cash payments are accepted at our Toronto office (Canada).
