The FlexiCam-VPT-mini is a professional-grade, compact pipeline inspection system specifically engineered for 3" to 8" diameter pipes. It combines high-definition AHD imaging with a fully maneuverable camera head and manual focus capabilities to provide precise diagnostics for sewers, drains, and underground infrastructure. 

1. Advanced Imaging & Vision Control 

·         Precision 33mm PT Camera Head: The ultra-slim Ø33mm/1.3" x 72mm camera head is built with durable stainless steel and a scratch-resistant sapphire glass lens.

·         Dual-Axis Maneuverability: Features a full 360° Pan and 180° Tilt rotation, allowing for exhaustive visual coverage of pipe walls and joints without repositioning.

·         Dynamic Manual Focus: Allows operators to manually adjust the focal point (minimum 30mm) to capture sharp, detailed images of both near-field blockages and distant      structural issues.

·         Full HD Clarity: Utilizes a 1/3" CMOS, 2.0MP sensor delivering 1080P resolution.

·         Optimized Illumination: Equipped with 4 high-intensity adjustable white LEDs for superior visibility in pitch-black environments. 

2. High-Performance Control Unit 

·         13-inch HD IPS Display: A large, 13-inch IPS LCD screen (1280 x 720 resolution) provides a vibrant, wide-angle view for real-time analysis.

·         Integrated DVR System: Supports one-touch recording for video (MP4), high-resolution photography, and audio commentary.

·         Intuitive Controls: Includes a dedicated joystick for pan/tilt movement and a wireless USB keyboard for real-time on-screen text overlays.

·         Digital Meter Counter: Features a built-in distance counter (error <1%) displayed on-screen to track the exact location of defects.

·         Submersible Construction: The camera head is IP68 waterproof-rated and tested to withstand pressures up to 10 bars (approx. 100m depth).
