AquaCam-Dual-LCHD Borehole Camera

The AquaCam-Dual-LCHD is a professional borehole and water well inspection camera system for logging deep wells and industrial boreholes. It combines a dual-camera head a fixed down-view camera and a 360°-rotating side-view camera with manual focus with an HD 720P video feed, a motorized cable reel, and a 13-inch control monitor. Cable is available in 656 ft or 984 ft lengths, and the camera head and cable are IP68 rated to 50 bar. The system is designed for water well contractors, borehole logging companies, and industrial plant technicians who need to inspect casing condition, water level, and screen integrity without pulling the well apart.

 The side camera's 360° rotation allows the operator to inspect the full inside wall of the casing rather than only the area directly below the housing, and manual focus switches between a close-up view of a specific defect and a wide-angle view of the general borehole profile. The built-in temperature sensor and compass display readings directly on the video feed. The 13-inch monitor records video, audio, and still photos, with joystick control for camera rotation and focus, and pairs with a WiFi keyboard for on-screen data entry.

 Deployment and retrieval are handled by a motorized winch with adjustable speed (0–20 m/min) and an emergency stop button, and an external pulley reduces cable wear against the wellhead. A built-in digital footage counter with ft/m selection tracks payout length with less than 1% error.
